We designate a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee compliance with the PDPA. Our DPO ensures that internal policies and practices are implemented and followed.
In the event of a data breach that results in significant harm or impact to individuals, or if the breach is of a significant scale, we will notify the affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) promptly.
We respect individuals' preferences not to receive marketing messages via phone, SMS, or fax. Before sending such messages, we verify that the recipient’s number is not listed on the DNC Registry, unless consent has been obtained.
